Gary is excellent. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I utilized his services before on previous properties. He met me for coffee for an initial home buying consultation for this particular property, and was very available via text/phone throughout the whole process. I consider him a friend and go to person for all real estate/property questions. I highly recommend him and would work with him again.

Gary is very knowledgeable and always willing to provide advice about homes and the market. He was not afraid to give honest opinions and was happy to continue working with us to get the perfect home, even if it meant looking into a lot of homes that did not work out. He also has extensive connections within the industry, and was able to answer pretty much any question that we had to help make decisions. We would recommend working with Gary to anyone.

Gary did a wonderful job. He negotiated a great deal for us, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and handled a couple of tricky situations with our buyers very smoothly. He was great to work with and we look forward to selling our next home with him.
