Before the 1930s, the Sunset district was made up of sand dunes that extended west to Ocean Beach. Today, it’s a long and wide tidy grid of homes that often feature the popular “Sunset Style” lay-out with a center patio and split bath. Ocean Beach at the neighborhood’s edge is a big draw for surfers and nature lovers.
