Gary specializes in strong, expert negotiation and in employing incredibly productive and creative marketing techniques. His degree in Marketing from the University of Washington has been put to excellent use. Gary also has an extensive resource list of qualified professionals—whether his clients need contractors, lenders, inspectors, interior designers or real estate attorneys—and a wide network of experienced agents outside the City to help in other regions.

Giving back to the community is very important to Gary; he is co-chair of the Paragon Community Fund board, co-chaired the Horizons Foundation Gala 2007, has chaired teams for AIDS Walk SF, and is a sponsor for Reachout for the Rainbow Afterschool program and Project Night Night.
